We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unused and undamaged items
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items with all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service at returns@buyvistas.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for approval and return shipping instructions
  • Ship the item back within 3 business days of approval

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
